1. Sewer & Septic GHI 717-637-3800

New Sewage Permit -Includes applications, 2 probes, 1 percolation test,Design review, issuance of permit and two required Inspections  - $950.00
Minor Repair Permit -Includes permit and 1 inspection  - $150
Soil Probe -(2 Required)  - $125 / Per Probe
Percolation Test -(6 Holes per test)  - $275
Design Review and Permit Issuance  - $125
Chisel Plow Inspection  - $100
Installation Inspection  - $100
Final Inspection  - $100
Miscellaneous Hourly rate - (Complain inspection, court hearing, planning module review and annual report  - $100/Hour

Up to and including $50,000 - $4.00 per $1,000 Minimum Fee is $50.00
$50,001 and above - $200 plus $2.00 per $1,000 above $50,000
Well Permit  - $50.00
Yard Sales(maximum 2 per year) - No Fee
Vendor Permit - $25.00
Use and Occupancy Permit - $30.00
Driveway Permit - $40.00
Swimming Pool Permit - $25.00
Demolition Permit - $10.00
